Super REP - Week 7 T4 2018

Well done to Ronan, Arana and Brooke who received their Super REP badge. They received their Super REP badge for earning 150 REP cards (50 respect, 50 excellence and 50 perseverance).

They were presented with their Super REP badge at our final fortnightly assembly for the year by Mrs Keen and will have their photo on the Super REP wall in the office foyer.

Top Team 2018

On Tuesday the Year 8's participated in the Top Team. It was a great day run by Canterbury Sport that involved a range of team-based activities.

Friday Good Vibes - Week 6 T4 2018

Well done to the following students who received a Friday Good Vibes postcard for Week 6.

JB received his postcard for his mature attitude in class and not letting others distract him.

Em received her postcard for being very welcoming when Jenny (Korean Teacher) who was in our class for the past two weeks.

Thank You Jenny

For the last two weeks Room 9 have had Jenny in our class. Jenny is a teacher from Korea who was at Casebrook to experience what school/education is like in NZ. The students throughly enjoyed having Jenny as part of our class and really enjoyed her Korean culture lesson.

We wish her safe travels as she heads back to Korea and all the best for the future.

Tech Update T4 2018

Students are currently in their third and final semester for the year. They are either in Foods, Hard Materials, Science, Art or Digi. Some great work being completed in the Tech rooms.

On Wendesday and Thursday this week we will be having STEAM + in the hall from 6.30-8.00. Students work from the Tech rooms and interactive activities will be on display for parents and whānau to come and check out.

Northcote School Visits T4 2018

Today Room 9 and 10 went to Northcote School to work with two Year 2 and 3 classes. We will be going there every Thursday to help them with their Inquiry projects. It was great to see the students from Room 9 and 10 being real role models.
