Room 2 Being Active @ Home

It has been great to see all the different things the students in Room 2 have been doing with their time at home. Students were challenged to get out in their backyard and be active. We had students doing fitness circuits, basketball shooting challenges, skipping etc. Keep being active and enjoying the sunshine, when it's out!

REP Star of the Week & Friday Good Vibes - Week 7 T1 2020

Well done to Brodie and Mary who were drawn out as our REP Stars of the Week.

A big well done to Brodie who also received our Friday Good Vibes postcard for this week. She received her postcard for always being a great role model for the other students in the class.

PTA Easter Mufti Day 2020

Golden Beacon Cup - Capture the Flag Champs 2020

Well done to Room 2 who took out the Year 8 Capture the Flag tournament. We are the first class to get our hands on the Golden Beacon Cup for this year.

Tug of War 2020

Last Friday we had our annual tug of war competition. It was a great afternoon with the staff taking out another win against our house and student leaders.

These four students are new to Room 2 this year and all received their postcard for having a great start to the year in Room 2. Well done boys keep it up!

Taskmaster Champs

This week we finished our final task and found out which team earnt the most points. Well done to the Thunder Chickens (Wiparata, Liam, Zoe, Shahanah and Makiya) who took out the competition.

It has been great to see students work collaboratively together and improve their teamwork and communication skills.
