Today, we had our Casebrook Challenge Assembly for Term 2. At this assembly gold Casebrook Challenge badges were handed out.

This terms Casebrook Challenge Champ award for Room 13 went to Faalavelave. She completed a maths badge, science badge and all her normal challenges. What a champ!

Well done to Arlia who came 2nd overall in Year 7 for her fundraising for the 40 Hour Challenge. As a school we fundraised a massive $8500. This amount will make a massive difference in supplying people in need with clean water.
As part of our Geometry unit students had to apply their knowledge of shapes and transformation to create and design a geometric piece of art using a compass.
Room 13 has enjoyed their Life Education lessons over the past week. The lessons were around substances/vaping - the effects that it has on the body, addiction, the brain and how it functions. Thanks to Keri and Harold for running very informative, fun and practical lessons!
Room 13 enjoyed their time visiting the Redwood Library. We were introduced to the many different things the library offers and spent time looking at books, listening to audiobooks and coding.
