Last Days of 2023

Last week we celebrated an awesome year we have all had. We celebrated with a shared lunch and Secret Santa.

We also packed up the class and made the big move over to Room 1 our new classroom for next year.

Everyone has had a great first year in Room 13 and at Casebrook. We hope everyone has a safe and happy Christmas and summer break. See you all in 2024!

Assembly - Week 10 T4 2023


Well done to the following students who completed a Science badge this term.

Well done to the following students who got a placing at the CAIMS Athletics Champs a couple of weeks ago.
Malachi - 1st Place Year 7 Boys Discus and 3rd Place Year 7 Boys Relay.
Linkin - 3rd place Year 7 Boys Relay.


Well done to Room 13 who received the award for having the cleanest compost bin for 2023. Special thanks to Quinn the Compost King for keeping our bin super clean this year. Next year he will be taking over the reigns as the Casebrook compost monitors with Dimitri.


Well done to the following students who received a REP badge.

Lilly and Patrick received their respect badge for earning 40 perseverance REP cards.



Linkin, Claudia, Soane and Hendrix received their perseverance badge for earning 40 perseverance REP cards.

Cultural Festival 2023

Monster Music Concert

Today the Year 7's enjoyed an end of year concert held by the team from Monster Music. We even had a surprise performance from Kiwi singer-songwriter PRINS!

Year 7 Prizegiving 2023

Today we had our Year 7 Prizegiving. We had so many Room 13 students receive prizes today, we are all so super proud of their achievements.


Well done to the following students who received a Class Excellence Certificate:

Malachi Rattray - Coordinators Award (for being a positive and outstanding member of the Room 13 community).
Nathan Wordsworth - for consistent effort.
Zarlee Hall - for academic achievement.
Arlia Wing - for REP.

We also had 25 students receive their Casebrook Challenge gold badge. Well done to all the students who received their badge. This terms Casebrook Challenge Above and Beyond Award for Room 13 went to Faalavelave Masoe. This term she completed a Science badge, Maths badge and all her normal challenges.
