Summer Sports Trials

Summer Sports Trials are Underway!

It is awesome to see heaps of students already signed up. If students are keen to play, it is not too late! Just ensure that you complete the online sign-up form to secure your spot.

• Sports on Offer: Futsal, Touch Rugby, Kī o Rahi, and Volleyball
• Trial Window: Wednesday 26th August – Friday 4th September

Casebrook Speech Competiton

Our Year 7s set an incredibly high bar for public speaking this year! Room 16 is so proud of Remi and Mase for REPresenting themselves and our class so well. 

Huge congratulations to Remi for being named one of the Top Year 7 Speakers!

PB4L Focus: Respecting Others

Respecting others has been our fortnightly school-wide PB4L focus. Respect creates a safe, inclusive, and productive Casebrook life. 

We are expected to listen to instructions, treat adults with kindness, and protect everyone's right to learn. Students have been practising, including others, and being active participants.

Assembly - Week 5, Term 3

Congratulations to Nixon! He earned the REP certificate for Room 16 by consistently competing his learning to a high standard.

A big well done to the following students who received a REP badge.

Ary received his respect badge for earning 40 respect REP cards.

Aurora, Hunter, Eve & Peyton received their excellence badge for earning 40 excellence REP cards.

Casebrook's Got Talent

At lunchtime today, the LAP Crew kicked off our school's version of the ultimate talent search. Our students put together an epic, show-inspired video introducing our judges, packed with a few awesome extra surprises. Check it out and enjoy!

Sau Ia Festival 2026

Our Pasifika group performed beautifully at the Christchurch Town Hall last night alongside the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra. They represented our school with pride and energy—enjoy the photos!

Science Alive School Visit

Science Alive recently visited our school for a Solar System Exploration lesson. The hands-on experience was an awesome opportunity for everyone involved.

Students engaged with space science through practical activities. Thank you to the Science Alive team for sharing their knowledge with us.
