On Tuesday night, we had our annual On Our Way Performance. This performance showcased all the great cultural, music and dance groups we have at Casebrook.

Thank You Mrs Leitch

On Friday we farewelled our student teacher, Mrs Leitch. Mrs Leitch has been teaching in Room 6 for the past 5 weeks. 

Mrs Leitch and her whānau put on a very special performance and presentation for the class as a thank you. We all appreciated the effort that went into the performance and the gifts the class received, we all felt very special! Everyone in Room 6 has enjoyed having you in our class and we wish you all the best in the future.

Inquiry - Roman Aqueducts

As part of our school-wide Inquiry around Ancient Civilisations for this academic term, we have been completing some learning around Ancient Rome. One of the well known constructions we have looked into is the Roman Aqueducts. The students had to complete a STEM challenge that involved designing and building an aqueduct.

Assembly - Week 4 T3 2022

Well done to Amelia, Roman and Cayden who received their Super REP badge. They received their Super REP badge for earning 180 REP cards (60 respect, 60 excellence and 60 perseverance).

They were presented with their Super REP badge by Miss Kerr and will have their photo on the Super REP wall in the office foyer. 

Well done to Cayden who received the REP certificate for Room 6. He received it for showing awesome perseverance on the slopes last week.

Ski Trip 2022

Yesterday, we had our first Casebrook Ski Trip. It was great to have over half of the Room 6 students on the trip. Everyone had an awesome day on the slopes and showed heaps of perseverance.

Redwood Library Visit

Room 6 enjoyed their time visiting the Redwood Library. We were introduced to the many different things the library offers and spent time looking at books, listening to audiobooks and using some of the apps on the iPads.
