Te Reo Māori Language Week 2024

As part of our celebrations for Te Reo Māori Week at Casebook we will be holding a Tōtiti Sizzle. To get a free tōtiti our students will have to be confident in asking for one in Te Reo Māori. This is just one of the ways our school is doing our bit to keep our language thriving in Aotearoa.

Production Dress Rehearsal

School Dance Off

Yesterday we had our School Dance Off. This was a chance for classes to perform their class dance for our upcoming school production.

Civilisations - AT2 Inquiry

This academic term our school-wide Inquiry has been based around Civilisations. We have been learning about different aspects of ancient civilisations and what characteristics are needed for a group of people to develop into an advanced and sustainable civilisation. We used our learnings from these ancient civilisations to help create our own. 

To present our civilisations, students created a tourism brochure and a podcast. These can be found on Seesaw.

Year 8 Assembly - Week 6 T3 2024

Well done to Nathan who received the REP certificate for Room 1. He received it for creating a high quality Civilisations project.

Daffodil Day Non-Uniform

Check out the students in Room 1 and 2 dressed up in yellow for our Daffodil Day fundraiser.
