Assembly - Week 2 T3 2022

Well done to Dylan and Liam who received their Super REP badge. They received their Super REP badge for earning 180 REP cards (60 respect, 60 excellence and 60 perseverance).

They were presented with their Super REP badge by Mr Leith and will have their photo on the Super REP wall in the office foyer. 

Well done to Cameron who received the REP certificate for Room 6. He received it for always working and getting along with everyone in the class - what a legend!

Lucy J and Lucy M were presented with their certificates from the CAIMS Hip Hop competition they attended at the end of last term. They were part of the Hip Hop group The Showstoppers, who placed 3rd. Well done girls.

Gia was presented with her Bronze Science badge. To earn one of these badges you have to complete 5 different Science badges. Well done Gia, what a great achievement!

BLAKE NZ-VR Lesson

Today, Room 6 had a VR (virtual reality) lesson run by BLAKE. Students were able to experience the rich biodiversity that exists below the surface of our ocean, as well as the damage that has been done to our ecosystems through the VR headsets.

Fitness Testing

As part of our Fitness Training unit for this term we completed some fitness testing. We will be tracking out fitness by testing ourselves fortnightly and tracking our improvement. Hopefully we all see some big improvements by the end of the term.

Term 2 Casebrook Challenge Assembly 2022

Last Friday, we had our Casebrook Challenge Assembly to end Term 2. At this assembly gold Casebrook Challenge badges were handed out.

Fa’amalo, malo le taumafia, congratulations and well done to the 25 students from from Room 6 who received their gold badge.

This terms Casebrook Challenge Champ award for Room 6 went to Charlotte. She always puts great effort into her challenges and the presentation of her evidence of challenges is always top notch.

Well done to the following students who completed a Maths badge as part of their challenges.

Friday Good Vibes - Week 9 T2 2022

Well done to the following students who received a Friday Good Vibes postcard for this week: Dylan, Lily, Henrietta, Millie, Lucy M, Amelia, Ella, Charlotte, Lydia, Frano and Anthony.

They all received their postcard for their great work during our year 6 visits this week. What a great bunch of Casebrook REPs.
